HEALING WORKSHOPS:
The healing workshops are designed to give the participants an understanding of various aspects of holistic health and balance. The classes are open to all. We will explore holistic health through meditation, discussion and healing. By examining the relationship between body, mind, emotions and spirit, we can begin to understand the forces within that affect our health and well being. Included in these workshops, you will receive one session of Reiki energy balancing.
